TFD operates a centralised, dedicated and efficiency driven call centre. We view this team as our voice – a single point of interaction for customers to place orders and resolve order delivery issues.
Call centre agents are required to deliver excellence in customer service. Calls are logged, monitored and solved within 24-hours, if not immediately, with our agents tasked with achieving a zero-order capturing error rate every month
A multi-channel service is offered by the team, as orders can be received via phone, fax, e-mail or EDI. Order- and Query Agents’ duties are structured as order takers and query takers operate in clusters.
