TFD develops the company’s talent pipeline by tapping into the IMPERIAL Logistics Learning Centre, a centralised corporate training academy. It offers a variety of management and leadership development programmes, graduate and on-the-job development through sector-specific programmes, bursary schemes, apprenticeships, skills programmes and learnerships.

Through the Programme, IMPERIAL Logistics places graduates in various member companies such as TFD, where a structured internship can be completed over a period of two years.

The Graduate Development Programme, available since 2006, is extensively used by TFD to offer career opportunities to top tertiary institution achievers in Logistics, Financial Management (CIMA) and Industrial Engineering.
