Against this background it is the policy of TFD Network Africa to develop, by means of appropriate programmes, the knowledge and skills of all employees with potential, to benefit of both the individual and the organisation.
Management, development and training programmes will be provided in accordance with management development needs to managers and supervisors, in order to ensure the effective management of the organisation. Systematic management succession planning will be given a high priority in TFD.
In the same way that the company endeavours to optimally develop its employees, each employee has a responsibility to him/herself and to the company to optimally develop his/her own skills.
Training and development programmes will in particular, focus on the development of employees of previously disadvantaged groups in support of IMPERIAL's Employment Equity Programmes.
