Road Show

Road Show is a computerised vehicle routing and scheduling solution providing tools to manage daily operations and distribution planning. The programme formulates daily dispatch orders into optimal loads, according to the fleet and customers orders.

Duo

Duo is a renowned satellite tracking systems on the South African market that makes use of satellite tracking and GSM to track vehicle fleets on a 24-hour basis. Vehicle positions are relayed to the base station via a 24-hour monitoring bureau that monitors and stores vehicle movement data.

Scheduler

Linked to Duo, Scheduler is a management programme that is downloaded daily from Road Show, with all the routes and the vehicles assigned to that route. Scheduler updates the actual arrival and departure times of each driver, with this information channeled back into Road Show for more accurate calibration of drive, arrival and off-loading times.

Proof of Delivery Solution (POD) – File Net

TFD utilises a computerised scanning system for scanning and archiving POD invoices that allows daily scanning of PODs with supporting documentation, i.e. separate receipts, till slips, customer claims, etc. Customers can access the application via the Internet for the retrieval of trade journals and PODs.
